  橡胶作为重要的战略物资资源，各国对橡胶都有严格的控制。因此废旧橡胶的再利用和再生产，对摆脱橡胶资源匮乏、促进循环利用、解决环保污染困境，具有极为深远的意义。传统动态法工艺生产废橡胶再生，存在生产过程中，产生环保二次污染问题、使用安全性问题及能耗高问题。现有新的塑化法生产废橡胶再生，存在设备不耐用，故障多、维修维护不方便，生产出来的再生胶门尼高，物理性能差、脱硫的橡胶粉熟夹生，粘螺壁螺旋，设备还渗气冒烟不环保等。我公司凭着多年生产再生胶的经验，和专家们的指导，自主研发了全新一代的“环保型废橡胶复原再生利用设备”，成套设备集合了快速脱硫法、挤压法、动态法、塑化法四种工艺为一体，进行了取长补短。同时整合了目前先进的技术，实现了高产量低能耗，环保型、生产过程无废气废水，且废旧橡胶转化率高，生产出来的再生橡胶质量好，稳定性强、门尼低、反弹少。设备耐用性强、故障率低、安装占地面积少，维护操作简单，省人工，自动化、等优点。

as important strategic material resources, rubber was strictly controlled by each countries. so there is extremely profound significance for waste rubber reclaim and reproduction to help get rid of rubber resources shortage, to promote cyclic utilization and to solve environment pollution problems. for traditional rubber reclaim process, there are three mainly problems: secondary pollution problem, safety problem and high energy consumption problem. for new plasticizing method rubber reclaim process on the present market, there are also exist many problems,such as not durable, frequency machine failure, not convenient for repair and maintenances, high mooney for reclaimed rubber, poor physical property, uneven desulfurization, rubber stick in the screw, gas and smoke leakage, no environmental protection,etc. with many years of experience in production of reclaimed rubber and under the guidance of the expert, we self-r&d the new generation of environmental protection type waste rubber reclaimed machine and it combined fast desulfurization method, extrusion method, dynamic method and plasticizing method together and learn each other’s good points. now our environmental protection type waste rubber reclaimed machine achieve high yield with low energy consumption, during the process, there is no sewage and waste gas discharge, high conversion rate for waste rubber and the  of reclaimed rubber is quite good, high stability, low mooney viscosity and less rebound. the machine still have lots of advantages, such as strong durability, easy operation, low breakdown rate, quick service, small area installation, automation, save labor cost, etc...

环保型废橡胶复原（再生）设备适用于，废橡胶的塑化和再生或制造活化胶粉。设备由自动送料系统、自动配料计量系统，自动混料系统、复原再生系统，调压装置、剪切装置、冷却装置和电控系统等组成. 成套自动控制系统充分利用触摸屏技术和plc(可编程序控制器)技术，通过软件开发，通讯开发等充分的保证了系统的可靠性、稳定性和容错性。实现了集中管理分散控制。
